Returns Guide Lines

All goods returned to us must be suitably packed and accompanied by our completed goods returns note.

To obtain a full refund goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging with all accessories , which may include lead sets, instruction manuals and warranty registration cards, any software must remain unopened.
